I like this idea a lot. My quarters would be broken up a bit differently, but overall this seems super helpful.

• Quarter 1 (Morning): 6am-10am
• Quarter 2 (Midday): 10am-2pm
• Quarter 3 (Afternoon): 2pm-6pm
